Lisa’s approach is informed by evidence-based frameworks, practical HR experience and an infectious enthusiasm for helping people succeed. Whether supporting major change or building leadership capability, Lisa works as a dedicated partner – honest, empathetic, and outcomes-driven.
Lisa has a Bachelor of Business (HR Management) from Deakin University along with a Diploma of Positive Psychology & Wellbeing from the Langley Institute. She is also a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.
